Shree Bindu Sewa Sansthan Ashram

The Shree Bindu Sewa Sansthan Ashram was founded in 1995 by Swami Balendu in his hometown Vrindavan. Vrindavan is situated in North India about 151 km south of Delhi. It is the place where Lord Krishna spent his early childhood and with its 5000 temples it is one of India’s main pilgrim cities.

On the land of the Ashram Swami Ji built an underground cave which he entered in 1997 to spend the following three years and 108 days in meditation. Today the Ashram is home not only to him and his family but also to a number of students between the age of 12 and 20 who receive a spiritual education there.

Next to the building of the cave you can find the Swami Balendu e.V. Kindergarten and Primary School which were opened to provide education to children of poor families of Vrindavan.

Any interested visitor to India is welcome to visit and stay at the Ashram, be it for one of the beautiful retreats that are offered throughout the year or in the time when no group is at the Ashram.
